Every 100 seconds, a vacuum sweep purges heat, humidity, and contaminants out of the system — no external air dryers and no sieve degradation. The plant runs on demand: it produces oxygen when your process needs it and goes to standby when it doesn't, unlike conventional PSA generators that typically run continuously whether oxygen is needed or not. The technology is patented, with additional patents pending.
