General Sales Terms and Conditions
These terms govern purchases of ON2 Systems equipment together with the applicable quote or sales agreement.
Orders, payment, delivery, and installation
The applicable quote or sales agreement defines the equipment, payment schedule, delivery obligations, and installation scope. Customers are responsible for preparing the installation site according to ON2 Systems requirements.
Warranty and legal terms
Warranty coverage, limitations of liability, cancellation rights, confidentiality obligations, and governing-law provisions are stated in the complete General Sales Terms and Conditions shown on this page.
Financing applications and Social Security numbers
If you request equipment financing, we collect the business, contact, equipment, ownership and signed authorization information provided in your application. This includes Social Security numbers for owners holding 20% or more of the business. We use this information to process your request and share the application with the third-party funding partner selected to review it. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or create a purchase or lease agreement.
Credit checks and funding partners
The application authorization permits the funding partner to obtain business and personal credit reports in connection with your request. A soft credit check may be available, but we do not represent that every funding partner or every stage of underwriting uses only a soft inquiry. Before authorizing a credit check, ask ON2 or the selected funding partner whether it will be a soft or hard inquiry and what additional authorization is required. The funding partner determines credit approval and final financing terms and handles information under its own privacy notices and legal obligations.
Financing information security and retention
Social Security numbers submitted through our equipment-financing application are encrypted at rest. Full Social Security numbers are not included in ordinary notification emails; access to sensitive information is restricted through protected application workflows. We retain application information only as needed to process and support your request, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to those obligations. Funding partners may have separate retention requirements.
